The Board is comprised of parents, designated ex-officio and staff whose responsibility is to maintain the MMS mission profile.  They oversee the full administration and operations of the School.  The Board will liaise with the Lead Directress to ensure all educational aspects are being scrutinized.  The Board takes into consideration parent and staff feedback and strategic plan when determining policy and considering such things as program growth and facility requirements.
